Job and Responsibilities:

As a Spice Titan Sales Associate you will run the Spice Titan booth at the farmers markets, vendor shows and our retail shop. Qualities we are looking for in a candidate: Confidence, Strong Communicator, Goal-Oriented and Self Motivated, Energetic or Outgoing, Good listener, Organized, Adaptable, Likable, Professional, Relationship Focused, Persuasive without being pushy. As a part of the team, you will receive education and training on our products and how to sell them. With this acquired knowledge you'll be able to make recommendations and answer customer questions during sales. Periodically, there may be on-the-job training opportunities so we want an all-star who is coachable and able to immediately implement feedback. Our goal is to help you maximize your time and make the most out of your commission. You'll be taking payments and educating customers on the wonderful world of Spice Titan. If working a regional farmer's market or larger selling events, setup and breakdown will take place before and after each event. Retail shop will be close to downtown in Roanoke, VA.

Lifting Requirements:

Being able to lift 25-40 lbs is a requirement. Excelling at our selling events opens up more advancement opportunities in our thriving small business, especially if you bring other business or kitchen skills we can put to work for more hours. Commercial kitchen experience and point of sale skills are a plus.
