Account Associate Trainee Role:
Enter and update Verizon B2B client data into CRM systems with precision, ensuring all records meet internal accuracy standards. Maintain organized documentation of account activity, service agreements, and client communications to support Verizon's business operations. Prepare performance reports and engagement summaries for senior staff, contributing to campaign tracking and strategic planning. Participate in structured training and internal briefings to build proficiency in telecom workflows, account coordination, and CRM usage. Assist in drafting and formatting client-facing materials, ensuring all documents reflect Verizon's brand standards and campaign objectives. Support data integrity and operational efficiency across Verizon B2B accounts by following established protocols and reporting procedures. The Account Associate Trainee will work collaboratively with experienced team members while developing practical skills in account coordination, client communication, documentation, and business operations. Account Associate Trainee Role:
A high school diploma or GED is required; additional coursework in business, communications, or related fields is considered an asset.
