The Entry Level Business Associate represents Verizon in person and in telecom conversations where customers get real answers from a real person. As an Entry Level Business Associate, you will receive hands-on onboarding to prepare you to thrive as a customer-facing representative for Verizon. The Entry Level Business Associate will work in person, focusing on helping customers explore smartphone options, receive thoughtful data plan recommendations, and find mobile solutions that fit their budgets and lifestyles. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Business Associate Create positive in-person interactions that build trust, increase brand awareness, and encourage continued engagement. Discover customers' goals through active listening and in-person sales conversations about their priorities and expectations. Recognize customer needs in person that can lead to new accounts, sales opportunities, or stronger existing relationships. Communicate relevant Verizon services in a straightforward way that helps customers make informed, confident choices. Support account requests, customer updates, and enrollment needs while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Qualifications of the Entry Level Business Associate High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Keen interest in customer acquisition, sales, or telecommunications is a plus. Organized performer who manages leads and follow‑ups effectively. Team collaboration to achieve shared sales success. Eager for growth in a telecom career through training.
