Duties Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and engaging in meaningful conversations to understand their needs Educate customers on various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories. Assist customers in selecting products that align with their preferences and wellness goals. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments accurately Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability and presentation are appealing Uphold all safety protocols, including verifying customer age through ID checks and adhering to local regulations governing cannabis sales Qualifications Previous retail sales experience in a similar environment preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain products clearly and confidently Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, retail math, and basic math skills for accurate transactions and inventory management Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication to assist customers both in person and over the phone Familiarity with cannabis products and a passion to learn about the industry.
