Job Description
We're a small, independent shop serving horse people, dog owners, hobby farmers, and everyone in between. We're looking for someone who genuinely loves animals and wants to be part of a friendly, knowledgeable team. About the role This is a hands-on position at the heart of our store. You'll keep the shop running smoothly day-to-day — stocking shelves, helping customers find exactly what they need, keeping everything tidy, and making sure our online orders get out the door fast. You'll also have a hand in refreshing our product displays, making the store feel inviting and well-organized. What you'll do Stock and organize shelves and inventory Operate the cash register and assist customers Pick, pack, and fulfill online orders Refresh and redesign product displays Keep the store clean and welcoming Help customers find the right products for their animals What we're looking for Passion for pets, horses, or farming — any animal love counts Equestrian background a big plus Reliable, friendly, and a team player Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs Available at least one weekend day per week Detail-oriented with good energy Schedule Flexible hours available, up to 32 per week We'll work with you to build a consistent schedule that fits
