is hiring a Front Desk + Retail Associate to join our two wellness locations in Stowe. This role will begin at three shifts per week , with the opportunity to grow as the business and team expand. We're looking for someone with an outgoing, warm personality who loves people, has a strong eye for style and presentation, and feels confident engaging customers in a thoughtful, elevated retail, spa and studio environment. About the Role You'll be a key part of the in-store and wellness center experience—welcoming guests, supporting sales, maintaining beautiful merchandising, a clean space and studio, and helping keep inventory flowing smoothly behind the scenes. What You'll Do Engage warmly and confidently with customers, offering styling, studio and spa guidance and product knowledge Drive sales through genuine connection and thoughtful recommendations Assist with visual merchandising, including window styling, displays, and floor resets Support inventory processing, including receiving, tagging, steaming, and organizing product Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail space Work collaboratively with the

team to uphold brand standards and guest experience What We're Looking For Previous retail sales, fitness studio and/or spa experience (boutique or specialty retail preferred) Comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport with customers An eye for merchandising, styling, and visual detail Organized, reliable, and comfortable with hands-on inventory tasks Interest in wellness, movement, fashion, or lifestyle brands is a plus Schedule Starting at approximately 3 shifts per week Opportunity for additional hours and growth over time Why
