Woodinville, Bothell and Redmond, WA Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
• Assist customers in finding and selecting products
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Stock shelves and replenish inventory as needed
• Stay knowledgeable about current promotions and sales events
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Knowledge of retail management systems and procedures
• Familiarity with medical records, medical coding, and HIPAA regulations
• Experience or knowledge in areas such as pediatrics, senior care, ophthalmology, or anatomy would be an asset
• Proficiency in using Epic or similar electronic health record systems is a plus
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when dealing with aseptic techniques We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
