Flex Crew Member Evening & Multi-Store CoverageWho s ready to bake America s most fun and delicious desserts?

We re looking for a dependable and adaptable Flex Bakery Crew Member to support our Crumbl locations in Covington, Bellevue, Federal Way, and Issaquah.

Unlike a traditional Crew Member assigned primarily to one store, the Flex Crew Member helps provide coverage and operational support across multiple locations based on business needs. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, changing scenery, adapts quickly to new environments and teams, and is comfortable working at different locations.

The Flex Crew Member will primarily work evening shifts and and will help support staffing needs and other operational needs across our King County locations. Occasional daytime, weekend, and holiday availability may also be needed.

Because this position requires the operation of industrial bakery equipment, candidates must be at least 18 years of age.

ResponsibilitiesGreet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, process orders and payments, and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Decorate and display finished products according to Crumbl quality and presentation standards.

Read, understand, and accurately follow recipes and production procedures.

Measure and combine ingredients and safely operate mixers, blenders, ovens, and other bakery equipment.

Perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products to ensure food safety and quality standards are met.

Maintain accurate records related to deliveries, inventory, and production levels as assigned.

Assist with fulfilling catering and delivery orders accurately and on time.

Clean, sanitize, and restock workstations and equipment.

Assist with special events, catering orders, and marketing activities as needed.

Provide responsive staffing coverage and operational support at multiple Crumbl locations throughout King County.

Complete opening and/or closing responsibilities as assigned.

Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.

RequirementsMust be at least 18 years of age.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Must have or obtain a valid Washington State Food Worker Card.

Reliable transportation and the ability to report to multiple Crumbl locations in Covington, Bellevue, Federal Way, and Issaquah as business needs require.

Availability to work primarily evening shifts, with flexibility to occasionally work mornings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Ability to adapt to changes in assigned work location and schedule, sometimes with limited advance notice.

Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail, particularly when following recipes and inspecting ingredients and finished products.

Basic math and computer skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different store teams.

Dependable, punctual, and able to demonstrate integrity and professionalism.

Commitment to customer service, food safety, employee safety, and Crumbl quality standards.

Physical RequirementsAbility to remain standing and moving for extended periods during a shift.

Ability to frequently bend, reach, grasp, and use hands to operate bakery equipment and perform food preparation tasks.

Ability to work in a fast-paced bakery environment that may include exposure to heat from ovens and other equipment.

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
