Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their shopping experience. The Sales Associate will also be preferred to have some jewlery knowledge but training is available. Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service Sell products by effectively communicating features and benefits Upsell additional products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer experiences Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated Experience in upselling or supervising is advantageous but not required Join our team and contribute to creating an outstanding shopping experience for our customers!
