Our Consultant will serve as the first point of contact for customers - either face to face, or via various communication channels such as email, phone calls, and social media. This role encompasses a broad set of responsibilities, requiring exquisite customer service skills, a keen eye for fashion, and a thorough understanding of our products and services.

Responsibilities:

Greeting customers warmly and ascertain the reason for their visit or call. This might involve assisting with product selection, handling returns, or resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner. Acquiring a thorough knowledge of Suburban Soul's range of products to provide accurate information to customers in person or via phone/E-mail. Keeping updated on new product lines and trends in the market to better serve our customers and to provide a personalized shopping experience. Maintaining a well-organized and clean workspace and keeping the store presentable for customers. Coping with service desk pressure and managing stress to maintain a positive Suburban Soul image. Assisting with inventory audits, deliveries, and merchandising as required. Working together with your colleagues to meet sales targets and operational standards.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English. Minimum of a high school diploma and preferably a degree in sales or customer service related fields. Experience in customer service or retail sales preferred, preferably in fashion retail. Ability to listen to customers and understand their needs, in order to provide exceptional service. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customers with grace. Flexible schedule with the ability to work during peak shopping hours, including weekends and holidays. Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills are preferable.
