Retail Sales Associate Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
• Shipping package and mailing service
• Handle customer inquiries and returns in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

Your main responsibility as a shipping expert is to find solutions that meet (or exceed!) our customers' needs. We offer many products and services, besides shipping, including notary services, mailboxes, printing, and more. This provides employees with ample opportunity to learn and grow their skills.
