We are looking for an outgoing, highly motivated Entry-Level Sales Person to connect with our local community and help customers find the perfect solutions for their projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in sales— we will train you on our specific products, systems, and consultative sales approach. The ideal candidate is friendly, highly organized, and comfortable engaging face-to-face with both homeowners and contractors in our Port Angeles location.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome walk-in customers and assist them through our product options and features. Provide accurate project quotes, process orders, and follow up on customer inquiries. Assist with bookkeeping duties in Quickbooks (no prior knowledge required). Build and maintain positive relationships with local community of contractors and customers. Communicate with clientele by answering and placing phone calls and emails. Provide an exceptional experience for customers who are investing in the long-term value of their homes.

What We Look For:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a welcoming personality. Comfortable using basic computer systems for looking up stock, invoicing, and checking calendars. Strong organization skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift flooring samples (up the 25 lbs). A knack for color coordination and design, or a willingness to learn. Previous customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
