Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation Conduct product demos to showcase the latest wireless devices, plans, and accessories Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash register operations and cash handling Upsell products and service plans to maximize customer value and store revenue Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the store displays are attractive and well-maintained Handle retail store product knowledge to answer customer questions confidently and accurately Maintain excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or scheduling appointments Experience Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in wireless or electronics environments Supervising experience is a plus for candidates interested in growth opportunities Strong communication skills in both English and another language (bilingual required) Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate transactions Demonstrated ability to perform merchandising, stocking, and retail store product knowledge tasks Experience with customer service, upselling techniques, and cashiering is highly desirable Ability to handle cash drawer handling, retail sales transactions, and basic math accurately Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences! Pay:

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 38.0 per week
