The goal is to find someone who can become excellent at the storefront first and, if they want to grow beyond that, give them the opportunity to develop valuable technical skills and take on increasingly advanced responsibilities. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, reception, customer service, office work, or technology is helpful, but not required .
