In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you'll greet shoppers, assess their pool and spa needs, and recommend the right chemicals, equipment, and maintenance solutions. You'll learn to perform basic water testing, operate the POS system, handle cash, and support merchandising, stocking, and seasonal promotions. Working on-site, you'll collaborate with a supportive team, build product expertise, and help families enjoy safe, clean, and fun backyard pool and spa experiences while growing your retail and sales career. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide consultative, solution-based sales support for pool and spa needs. Operate POS system, handle cash/credit transactions, and reconcile drawer accurately. Perform basic pool and spa water testing and recommend appropriate products and treatments. Maintain product knowledge on chemicals, equipment, and accessories to guide customers effectively. Merchandise shelves, restock inventory, and ensure clean, safe, and organized sales floor. Support seasonal promotions and in-store events to drive traffic and sales. Follow all safety procedures and company policies to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff. Assist with inventory counts, deliveries, and backroom organization. Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed sales and service goals. Provide exceptional after-sales support and help resolve basic customer issues or returns.
