Kings Cigar Club (KCC) is a premium cigar retailer with an established online business and a new brick-and-mortar location in Washington. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Retail Associate to join our team and help create an exceptional customer experience.

Position Retail Associate Pay:

$18-$23/hour, depending on experience

Must be available to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays What You'll Do Welcome customers and provide a professional, personalized shopping experience. Help customers select cigars based on their preferences and experience level. Learn and communicate product knowledge, including cigar brands, sizes, wrappers, and flavor profiles. Maintain a clean, organized, and premium-looking retail environment. Operate the POS system and process transactions accurately. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Receive, organize, and restock inventory. Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies to management. Maintain proper product presentation throughout the store and humidor. Communicate new arrivals, promotions, and KCC Exclusive releases to customers. Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat business. Follow all company policies and procedures regarding tobacco sales, cash handling, discounts, and refunds. Product Knowledge You do not need to be a cigar expert when you start. We will provide training and expect you to continuously develop your knowledge of premium cigars and the brands we carry. You will also learn about our KCC Exclusive releases and be able to explain their stories and unique characteristics to customers. What We're Looking For Excellent customer-service and communication skills. Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality. Reliable and punctual. Strong attention to detail. Comfortable talking with customers and making product recommendations. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Previous retail, hospitality, restaurant, or sales experience is a plus. Premium cigar knowledge is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person . Must meet all legal requirements for working in a tobacco retail environment. We are looking for someone who takes pride in the store, enjoys meeting customers, and wants to become knowledgeable about premium cigars. The right person will have the opportunity to grow with Kings Cigar Club as our retail business expands.

Pay:

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 35.0 per week
