Looking for a career with unlimited earning potential? Join our Applicance Sales Team as a full-time Sales Professional. Our first year Sales Professionals can expect to earn on average between $40,000 - $80,000. We are looking for talented people that have a desire to learn and start a career in sales. We will train you! This is a commissioned position. We offer an hourly rate during our 60 day training program. What you will be doing each day: Warmly greet our customers and have a great conversation with them about their wants and needs. Help the customer create an amazing room to enjoy with their family and friends. Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, care of merchandise, and warranty information to customers Make recommendations and develop working relationship to earn future business Answer any questions the customer has about financing and payment plans. Close the sale and assure the customer is happy with their purchase. At all times be honest and demonstrate integrity in the sales process. Follow up with the customer to ensure they love their purchase. What you should know about this role: This is a commission-based sales position, offering unlimited earning potential based on your performance Availability to work every weekend and most holidays is required We are looking for individuals with: Previous successful experience in appliance sales or customer service related positions preferred but not required.
