Job Summary Brothers Lawn Care is a growing, family-owned lawn care and landscaping company based in Holmen, Wisconsin, proudly serving customers throughout the greater La Crosse area. We're looking for a motivated team member to join us across both our Maintenance and Landscape Installation divisions. Day-to-day work may include mowing, property cleanups, patio and retaining wall installation, drainage projects, planting, and a variety of other outdoor projects. Experience is always a plus, but it's not required. We're willing to train the right person and are looking for someone dependable, willing to learn, who takes pride in their work, and who wants to grow alongside our team. What you'll do: Start each day at the shop with a tailgate meeting, equipment check, and route dispatch. Mow, trim, edge, and blow using commercial equipment. Assist with landscape installations, including pavers, retaining walls, drainage, grading, and planting. Load and unload materials and operate hand tools and small equipment. Complete Opening and Closing 360 walkthroughs at every property. Take and upload job-site photos through our management app. Properly load and secure all equipment and materials before departure. Immediately report damage, incidents, equipment issues, or other concerns. Follow company SOPs and maintain a professional presence on every job site. What we're looking for:

Comfortable with hands-on work outdoors in a variety of Wisconsin weather conditions.

Willing to learn:

Open to training, feedback, and learning the Brothers Lawn Care way.

Strong communicator:

Communicates openly and promptly, especially when something doesn't go as planned. Valid driver's license: A valid driver's license is required.

Experience is a plus:

Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is helpful, but not required. Training is available for the right candidate.
