Come join our Team at Stoffel's! We are seeking applicants for Full and part-timeRetail Customer Service Associates. As a Customer Service Associate, your duties will consist of:

Customer Care:

Greet guests, answer product inquiries, and resolve issues with a welcoming attitude.

Point of Sale:

Process retail transactions, cash handling, and product returns accurately.

Merchandising:

Restock store shelves, organize inventory, and maintain clean merchandise displays. Help maintain plants and greenhouse areas with watering and other needs. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required. Must possess reliable mathematical skills for managing cash registers. Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
