Christian Servants Home Care, LLC is a non-medical agency that serves individuals of all ages and abilities. Our CCS services include individual skills development and enhancement, employment related skills training, parent mentoring and adult and children mentoring. Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) is a program that helps people of all ages live their best lives. It focuses on unique needs that relate to mental health and substance use. This Job requires having a client base that live anywhere within Ashland and Bayfield counties therefor applicants would ideally live within those counties as well and be willing to travel to participants homes within these counties.

•Currently looking to hire on someone who wants a very part time position and is okay with starting with one or two participants per week. If more referrals come in there will be opportunity for more hours. Applicant must be willing to travel to participants anywhere in Iron County

•We totally understand that this will not be the position for everyone, if you're looking for more hours or a set amount of hours right away this may not be the job for you.

Duties of this position include:

Transportation to and from the client in your own vehicle Regularly scheduled client assessment meetings Monthly meetings with a clinical supervisor Weekly 1-4 hour shifts with the client providing educational mentorship or skills development Weekly documentation logs submitted after each client visit Various check-in meetings with manager To be eligible for this position, applicants must: Hold a Bachelor Degree in social work or a related field or degree in education OR Hold a Master Degree in social work or a related field, or degree in education AND Experience with mental health and substance abuse Ability to facilitate meaningful and proactive services to clients undergoing mental health and/or substance abuse recovery Complete 20-40 hours of additional online training upon hire and then at least 8 hours of training every year after. In addition, applicants must: Complete on-boarding paperwork and training related to Christian Servants Home Care Have a cell phone with the ability to clock in and out and track location Possess excellent communication skills and response skills Be reliable and compassionate Must be comfortable working with men, women, and children in their homes and in the community.

Education:

Master's degree or bachelor's degree in social work, social work related field, or education. Driver's License (Required)

Pay:

Pay is minimum wage ($7.25) for "non-billable" time , such as online training, supervision, no show appointments with participants, and check ins with supervisor. Pay starts at 25-45 per hour (depending on experience and degree) for all billable time such as time with participants, travel to and from participants homes, and writing your notes.
