We serve fried chicken, coffee, donuts, and more! We are looking to add a Store Lead to help lead our team into the future. The general responsibilities for this position are:
- Standards bearer
- Execution of daily shifts and shift transitions
- Food quality control & portioning
- Ensure all applicable checklists are completed (daily/weekly)
- Physical space cleanliness & organization
- Training of new staff
- Scheduling and call-off coordination
- Staff communication
- Ordering & order receiving A successful candidate for us will have multiple years of BOH experience, ideally with previous leadership.
