Join Our Team at LaClare Creamery! LaClare Creamery is seeking a friendly, customer‑focused Retail Sales Associate to support daily operations in our Retail Shoppe and café. This guest‑facing role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing exceptional service, maintaining a welcoming retail environment, and assisting with food preparation and merchandise sales. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will greet guests, assist with product recommendations, support café service, handle transactions, maintain store cleanliness, and help create an inviting and enjoyable shopping and dining experience.

Retail Manager Typical Hours:

Hours between 10am - 4pm; approximately 15-20 hours per week. Must be able to work weekends. Our Retail Shop is open Sunday - Saturday with varying hours depending on the season. What You'll Do Deliver outstanding customer service, assisting guests at the counter and delivering orders to tables. Provide product and menu recommendations to help customers have a positive experience. Restock and rotate retail merchandise. Handle transactions at check out. Assist with sandwich, salad, and other food preparation as needed. Serve food to guests while adhering to food safety guidelines. Maintain a clean, inviting shop and café environment. Assist with basic facility and grounds maintenance as needed. Keep up to date with special promotions and create merchandise displays. Promote company values and culture drivers. Follow all safety procedures. Other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Customer service experience preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, squatting and lifting 5-25 lbs. Knowledge of customer service principles, including assessing customer needs and meeting quality standards. Food preparation knowledge, including storage and handling best practices. Cash handling and cash register operations experience preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain positive, professional working relationships.
