In-person retail Position Overview Stay Connected Management is hiring a full-time Retail Sales & Subscription Associate to represent a Primo water subscription campaign inside established retail partner locations in Muskego and the surrounding area. This is an in-person, customer-facing sales position. Associates engage with retail shoppers, explain available water delivery and subscription services, answer customer questions, and assist interested customers with completing subscription enrollments. Candidates must be comfortable approaching customers, clearly explaining service options and pricing, completing enrollments accurately, and working toward individual and team sales goals. This position is employed directly by Stay Connected Management, an independent sales company representing a Primo campaign. It is not direct employment with Primo or the retail store. Responsibilities Engage with customers inside assigned retail partner locations Introduce shoppers to available water delivery and subscription services Explain subscription options, pricing, delivery information, and enrollment requirements accurately Ask questions to understand each customer's household water needs Recommend appropriate service options based on customer needs Assist interested customers with completing subscription enrollments Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales and enrollment goals Maintain current knowledge of campaign services, pricing, and promotions Attend required sales meetings, training sessions, and performance coaching Follow Stay Connected Management, retailer, and client compliance standards Protect customer information and complete enrollment documentation accurately Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed subscriptions Represent Stay Connected Management and its client professionally Compensation and Employment Full-time W-2 employment Base pay of $800-$1,000 per week, based on experience Weekly pay Paid training Opportunities for advancement based on performance and leadership ability Schedule and Work Requirements Full-time, in-person retail schedule Approximately 40-42 hours per week Availability to work at least one weekend day Attendance at required meetings, training sessions, and performance coaching Reliable transportation to assigned Muskego-area retail locations Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous retail, customer service, hospitality, subscription sales, or direct sales experience is helpful but not required Comfortable approaching and speaking with retail customers Strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to explain services, subscription terms, and pricing clearly Professional, dependable, and goal-oriented Comfortable working toward measurable sales and enrollment goals Receptive to training, coaching, and performance feedback Authorized to work in the United States Apply Today If you enjoy working with customers, are motivated by measurable goals, and want to develop experience in retail sales and subscription services, submit your application for consideration.
