Job Description
As a Territory Retail Lead at Anderson Merchandisers L.L.C., you will oversee merchandising execution across a territory of retail stores. You'll lead in-store projects, implement planograms, ensure on-shelf availability, and maintain product presentation standards. Partner closely with store management and brand reps to drive sales, track performance, and resolve execution issues. This role requires frequent store visits, accurate reporting through mobile tools, and the ability to train and guide merchandisers while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities Lead merchandising execution across a multi-store retail territory Implement planograms and seasonal/feature displays to standard Maintain on-shelf availability, signage, and visual presentation Build relationships with store management and brand partners Conduct inventory checks and correct pricing or display issues Train, guide, and coordinate field merchandisers as needed Capture data and photos using mobile reporting tools Monitor territory performance and report sales-impacting issues Prioritize and schedule store visits to meet project deadlines Ensure compliance with retailer and client policies and safety standards Required Skills Retail merchandising Territory management Planogram execution Inventory auditing Visual merchandising Sales reporting Retail relationship management Time management Team coordination Use of mobile reporting tools
