Job Summary The primary role of a Sales Guide is to help our guests plan and begin their adventures. To do this, one needs to be a problem solver by assisting guests in choosing the right activity for their outdoor adventure. The ideal candidate must be a good listener so they can understand the guests needs and offer the products and services that best match those needs. By providing the experience that best fits the guests desires and by giving a high level of service, you will assist the company with keeping the guests returning for future experiences. Please note - prospective hires will undergo a full criminal and background check.

Duties:

To provide exceptional and informative customer service. Checking in guests to their activities and confirming that waivers are executed. To understand all programs and offerings of River Riders. To answer all incoming phone calls promptly and pleasantly. To assist the guests with selecting and purchasing souvenirs to help them remember their greatest day ever. Other duties as assigned Must be 18yrs or older.
