Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to oversee day-to-day operations in a fast-paced smoothie shop environment. This role is responsible for leading the team, maintaining high standards of service and product quality, and ensuring the store operates efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and committed to creating an excellent experience for every guest. Responsibilities Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Lead, train, schedule, and support team members to promote a positive and productive workplace. Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns in a professional manner. Monitor inventory levels, place supply orders, and reduce waste through effective stock management. Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards throughout the store. Oversee product preparation to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met. Track sales, manage cash handling procedures, and assist with basic financial reporting. Support performance goals and help drive store sales through operational excellence and team engagement. Communicate clearly with staff and leadership regarding scheduling, staffing needs, and operational updates. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality management preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Basic math and computer skills for scheduling, inventory, and reporting tasks. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred.
