We need someone who is organized, takes ownership, and has enough mechanical experience to troubleshoot problems, perform routine maintenance, and keep our crews and equipment ready to work.

Responsibilities include:

Manage and maintain an organized shop Perform routine maintenance and minor-to-moderate mechanical repairs Troubleshoot trucks, trailers, generators, compressors, pumps, and jobsite equipment Keep up with preventative maintenance schedules Inspect equipment and identify problems before they cause downtime Manage tools, parts, materials, and shop inventory Make sure crews have the equipment and materials they need each day Coordinate outside repairs when something cannot be handled in-house Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient shop Help hold employees accountable for returning tools and equipment properly What we're looking for: Mechanical experience required Strong organizational skills Dependable and self-motivated Able to troubleshoot and solve problems Comfortable working with trucks, trailers, small engines, and industrial equipment Valid driver's license Able to work independently without needing constant supervision Management or shop supervisory experience is a plus This is an important position in our company. We're looking for someone who will take ownership of the shop and equipment, stay ahead of maintenance, reduce downtime, and keep our operation running smoothly.
