Job Description

Afternoon Closer - (11:00 AM-5:15 PM) Covenant Kids Academy - Alma, AR We're looking for a dependable and nurturing Afternoon Closer to join our preschool team. This position works daily from 11/12:00 PM to 5:15 PM and may support any age group from infants through Pre-K .

Responsibilities:

Assist with classroom coverage and support during lunch breaks Help with afternoon routines, diapering/restroom needs, and preparing children for dismissal Communicate with parents during pick-up and maintain a positive, professional tone Complete end-of-day cleaning tasks and help close down classrooms Maintain a safe, caring, and organized environment

Qualifications:

Experience with children preferred, but we are willing to train Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow routines and safety guidelines Reliable, patient, and comfortable working with any age group If you enjoy working with children and want to be part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you!
