Job Description & Requirements
Verde Valley Bicycle Company in Cottonwood, AZ is looking for a full-time Shop Manager to lead our team.
We're a community-focused bike shop in the heart of the Verde Valley, just minutes from Sedona and some of the best mountain biking in the country. We serve a loyal local riding community plus a steady stream of visitors from around the world. And with 300 days of sunshine a year, riding season never really ends here.
What we're looking for:
- Experience servicing and repairing bikes
- Familiarity with Ascend POS (or willingness to master it fast)
- Experience managing special orders from quote to customer pickup
- Strong customer service skills. Our reputation is built on how we treat people
- Leadership experience. You'll guide the team and set the tone
- Inventory management skills
- A positive attitude and genuine love for bikes and the people who ride them
