We are looking for someone with real-world independent aftermarket automotive experience , a strong personality, exceptional customer service skills, and a proven ability to balance sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and team performance. This is not an entry-level management position. We are looking for someone who already understands how an independent automotive repair shop operates and is ready to step into a management role with the right training and support. Who We're Looking For The minimum requirement is 5 years of verified experience with a multi-location, independent automotive repair operator , preferably in a management or leadership capacity. Examples of relevant experience include companies such as: Firestone Goodyear Big O Tires Brake and muffler/service chains Other established independent or aftermarket automotive repair groups Our ideal candidate already understands the independent aftermarket business model and knows how to run a profitable automotive service operation while maintaining excellent customer relationships. To be completely transparent, this is not a career-change position . It is also not designed primarily for someone whose background has been exclusively in a dealership environment. We are looking for someone who can step into an independent automotive repair operation and understand the business from day one. If your experience is primarily outside the independent aftermarket repair industry, this position may not be the right fit. The Opportunity Joe's Auto Service Centers is a Valley-wide, multi-location automotive repair company that has been in business for more than 31 years. We are completely independently owned and operated and provide full-service automotive repair and maintenance for all makes and models. We have experienced teams, established locations, strong customer recognition, and the equipment and infrastructure necessary to operate a successful automotive service business. Our locations are spacious, highly visible, well-equipped, and established within their communities. A Managerial Environment With Real Autonomy Our management model gives Store Managers significant responsibility and operational flexibility. Think of it somewhat like operating your own franchise: we provide the established brand, systems, standards, marketing, and operating protocols, while you are responsible for running your store and producing results. Within those established guidelines, you have the flexibility to manage your location, lead your team, serve your customers, and make day-to-day decisions based on what you believe will best accomplish the mission. We provide the structure. You provide the leadership. Compensation During the initial training period, compensation is $4,000 for the first month . After training, compensation transitions to a base salary plus commission based on gross sales. The objective of the compensation structure is simple: successful Store Managers have the opportunity to earn substantially more than the guaranteed amount by producing strong results. We have existing examples of Store Managers at other locations earning six-figure annual compensation in this same position.
