HOURS ARE THURSDAY-SUNDAYS
Duties Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance with bike accessories, repairs, and liquor products Operate the cash register efficiently, handling retail sales transactions with accuracy and confidence Conduct product demos to highlight features of bikes, accessories, or beverages, enhancing customer engagement Maintain organized stock levels through stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and inventory management Assist with upselling by recommending complementary products to maximize sales opportunities Ensure excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or taking orders over the phone Support store operations by managing cash drawer handling, retail math calculations, and cash register operations Skills Proven experience in retail sales with a focus on customer service excellence Supervising experience preferred to help lead team efforts during busy hours Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems for processing transactions smoothly Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations Strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse customers in bilingual environments if applicable Knowledge of retail store product knowledge related to bikes, accessories, liquor products, and merchandising techniques Experience in product demos and upselling strategies to boost sales performance Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for professional customer interactions Join us if you're passionate about bikes and beverages!
