high-volume collision operation in Tempe is looking for a proven leader who knows how to drive production, profitability, and accountability. This is not a learn-as-you-go management role. We want someone who has already run a successful collision center. What We Need Collision repair management experience Strong financial and KPI knowledge Production and repair planning experience Insurance and DRP knowledge Proven team leadership Ability to improve profitability and efficiency Full ownership of facility performance $100,000-$180,000+ Compensation based on experience and performance.
