Retail Shift Lead — Specialty Crystal Gallery Retail Shift Lead Sedona Crystal Vortex | Full-Time | $21.00/hour | In person, Sedona AZ You will run the floor of a crystal gallery in the busiest retail corridor in Sedona, on daylight hours, with the schedule posted two weeks ahead. If you have led a retail floor and want more ownership without moving into a back office, this is the seat. What you'll do Set the pace for the shift — assign tasks, keep the team ready, adjust as traffic builds and breaks Take the customer first, every time, and lead the floor by doing it yourself Coach associates on product, standards, and the sale as the shift runs Resolve customer issues on the spot, before they reach the Store Manager Hold visual and operational standards across the whole store, all shift Work alongside the Store Manager on staffing, store needs, and customer concerns Troubleshoot the Shopify POS and basic systems issues as they come up What we need from you At least one year in retail, including real experience directing others on a floor — shift lead, key holder, or senior associate Cash handling and POS experience Weekend availability. We are a tourist destination and Saturday and Sunday are our biggest days Able to be on your feet for a full shift and move product An interest in crystals, minerals, or wellness retail is a genuine advantage, not a requirement — we teach the product What we offer $21.00/hour, shown in this listing. A published pay ladder:
Salesperson $19/hour, Retail Lead $21/hour, Assistant Manager $23/hour. You can see the next two steps before you take this one. Daylight retail hours. No split shifts, no closing at one in the morning, schedule posted two weeks out. We pay your Verde Shuttle monthly pass. All three of our stores sit on the Cottonwood-to-Uptown route, which runs hourly, seven days a week. If you drive in from off the route, ask about the gas stipend. Employee discount on everything we sell, paid time off, and a referral program. Assistant Manager is the next seat, at $23/hour. We promote from within and we can name the people we have promoted. Most of our team lives in the Verde Valley — Cottonwood, Cornville, Rimrock, Clarkdale, Camp Verde — and commutes in, the same as about seventy percent of everyone who works in Sedona.
