Who you are:

You have serious sales and leadership skills to manage an oil, vinegar, spice, and spirits retail shop. You must demonstrate a spirits-based background as well as significant management experience. You will be leading a dynamic and energetic team that provides a retail entertainment experience where the customer is invited to "try before you buy." You will be an integral part of providing a retail entertainment experience. This requires someone who can be sales focused, customer service oriented and strategic in a fast-paced sales environment. You will also need to be a good teacher/trainer for your team to hone their sales and customer service skills.

Requirements:

Seriously sales focused Management experience Must be at least 21 years of age Spirits based sales a plus Customer service oriented Thrive in a reward-based environment Work strategically in a fast-paced environment Teaching/training ability A flexible schedule - as a retail manager you will work a blend of days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
