Duties Lead and manage daily store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and staff scheduling Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to ensure high performance and employee engagement Oversee merchandising strategies, pricing accuracy, and product knowledge to maximize sales opportunities Implement effective inventory management practices to maintain stock levels and reduce shrinkage Manage payroll processing, bookkeeping tasks, and cash handling procedures with accuracy and integrity Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, reporting, and sales tracking to ensure seamless customer checkout experiences Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to foster a positive team culture and professional growth Experience Proven management experience within the retail industry, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager role Strong background in retail sales management, including team supervision and operational oversight Demonstrated skills in negotiation, purchasing, budgeting, and inventory management Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively through managerial communication techniques Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases and team members Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math for accurate financial operations Prior experience in training & development programs to enhance employee skills and store performance Knowledge of retail store product lines, merchandising standards, and customer service best practices Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently using time management and organizational skills Familiarity with retail industry regulations related to safety, cash handling, and employee orientation Join us as a General Manager to lead with enthusiasm!
