Job Responsibilities:

Professionally represent Black Diamond Paver Stones and Landscape, Inc. through direct interaction with clients, crews, staff, and vendors. Meet with qualified prospective clients on pre-set appointments and conduct a needs analysis to develop a suitable and desirable hardscape/landscape design (2D, 3D) and estimate. Conduct a professional presentation for our hardscape/landscapes/accessories and outdoor living environments. Sketch and Measure projects for proposal development. Use Microsoft Excel worksheets (templates) to develop project estimates. Present and close a comprehensive, detailed proposal to prospective clients. Act as primary contact with clients and oversee design to completion. Occasionally promote Black Diamond at local Home and Garden Shows.
