Key Responsibilities:

Store Leadership & Operations

• Lead day-to-day operations, including hands-on support in-store activities
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, monthly audits, and operational excellence
• Deliver strong financial results within labor and inventory budgets Team Leadership & Development
• Hire, train, coach, and develop smoothie bar staff and supervisors
• Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable
• Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews
• Build a positive, supportive culture that drives retention and growth Customer Experience
• Ensure exceptional service and professionally handle escalated concerns
• Empower team members to resolve issues in real time
• Monitor customer feedback, reports, and surveys to continuously improve Inventory, Merchandising & Sales
• Forecast, order, and manage inventory within budget
• Oversee merchandising, signage, and promotions
• Drive in-store sales initiatives and support monthly targets with local activations
• Implement shrink and loss-prevention strategies Requirements
• Flexible availability across business hours (5:30 AM - 9 PM), 7 days/week

Full-time:

40-45 hours/week, including evenings and weekends

• Reliable, punctual, and able to respond on short notice
• US or Canadian citizenship / US Permanent Residency
• Driver's licence
• Associate degree or equivalent experience

Manager's Food Sanitation Certification Experience:

• 2+ years in food management service or health supplement industry
• 3+ years in retail management or internal Body Energy Club experience with strong performance
• Hospitality experience is an asset
• Background check must be performed Skills & Qualities

Working Conditions and Physical Effort:

Work involves daily exposure to elements such as noise, dust, and a variety of food products Work environment involves daily exposure to physical risks, such as working with blenders, knives, etc. Position requires the ability to be on your feet for a long-extended part of your day, moving equipment or product up to 30 lbs.; reaching and kneeling daily Requires the ability to see, hear, and communicate with associates as well as others by utilizing professional etiquette
