This position is responsible for overseeing the performance of all Red Falcon retail stores ensuring smooth operations, managing staff, and upholding company standards among all locations. In addition, you are the HEART of our Five-Star Experience, embodying our

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Continually coach, mentor, and support Team Members to ensure they have the skills, tools, resources, and training necessary to successfully perform their duties and deliver the HEART Experience. Assist in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating retail operations and staff performance. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism, inclusiveness, and service excellence. Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance evaluations, and development discussions with management and staff. Assist with recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, employee recognition, corrective action, and succession planning. Promote open communication and collaboration across departments. Oversee daily retail operations to ensure efficient, profitable, and guest-focused performance. Ensure compliance with all departmental policies, procedures, and operational standards. Monitor merchandising, product presentation, cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness. Evaluate workflows and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Ensure all retail locations maintain consistent operational and service standards. Coordinate operational activities with other departments to support organizational objectives and special events. Assist with the preparation and management of departmental budgets and forecasts. Monitor sales performance, labor expenses, operating costs, and profitability. Analyze retail financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs). Recommend and implement strategies to improve revenue, efficiency, and margin performance. Ensure compliance with cash handling, reconciliation, deposit, and accountability procedures. Review and approve purchases within delegated authority levels. Oversee inventory management processes, including receiving, transfers, cycle counts, and physical inventories. Ensure accurate inventory records and maintain optimal product levels. Monitor inventory variances and investigate discrepancies. Implement controls designed to reduce shrinkage, theft, and product loss. Ensure company assets, inventory, and cash are properly safeguarded. Ensure compliance with all Tribal, Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain adherence to internal controls and established operational procedures. Support internal and external audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented timely. Ensure Team Members complete all required compliance and operational training. Maintain accurate documentation and records related to department operations. Prepare and review operational, inventory, labor, sales, and financial reports. Analyze trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Track departmental goals and develop action plans to achieve performance objectives. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership. Maintain accurate records and operational documentation.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage directly and indirectly all Red Falcon Retail Managers and their team members. Adhere to the Tribal organization's policies, procedures and applicable laws. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Carry out supervisory responsibilities which include but are not limited to; interviewing and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
(MUST
BE DOCUMENTED
): Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience will be considered. Multi-unit retail management experience preferred. Five (5) years Supervisory/Management experience in Retail management. Management experience within tribal gaming, hospitality, convenience store, cannabis retail, or related industries preferred. Knowledge of industry policies, law, compliance, and regulations.
CERTIFICATION, LICENSES AND ANY ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be 21 years of age or older. Must pass periodic random drug screens. Must be able to pass background suitability investigation. Must obtain all other applicable certifications and licenses. Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States within 72 hours of employment.

The employee is occasionally required to use repetitive movements to complete tasks. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Employee may be occasionally required to work in low light conditions and may be exposed to loud noise for extended periods.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Frequent travel between multiple dispensary locations. Some enterprises are open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week; therefore, you must be flexible to work any and all hours. Must be available for emergency calls 24/7. Must be available to work weekend and holidays. Some enterprises are gaming facilities. Some enterprises are not a smoke-free environment. Surveillance cameras and audio equipment monitor the premises recording activity throughout most of the facilities, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week basis.
