Folsom Lake Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is growing, and we're looking for a few self-motivated, driven people to join our sales team. We're currently hiring: Internet Sales Managers - Work our online leads, follow up by phone and text, set appointments, and turn opportunities into customers in the showroom. Retail Salespeople - Work directly with customers, demonstrate vehicles, build value, negotiate deals, follow up, and sell cars.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for people who are responsible, self-motivated, and driven to make a great paycheck. This is not a position where someone should have to constantly push you to work. We want people who understand that the effort you put in directly affects the paycheck you take home.

You should be someone who:

Takes responsibility for their own success Is dependable and shows up ready to work Takes ownership of customers and opportunities Isn't afraid to pick up the phone and follow up Can work in a fast-paced sales environment Takes direction and follows a proven sales process Wants to learn, improve, and earn more Understands that you get out of this business what you put into it Automotive experience is a plus, but it's not required for the right person.

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
