An Assistant Retail Store Manager provides support to the Manager of a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. May have primary responsibility for hiring and training retail sales staff. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assist in leading a team of service professionals to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met and continue growing our business Understands and manages in compliance with all local, state and Federal beverage and liquor laws Understands beverage control including days on hand, perpetual inventory, bar pars, portion control, costs controls, beverage potentials, mix of sales analysis for beverage, issue & returns, food standards, and period end inventory. Monitors adherence to all liquor control policies and procedures. Maintains food handling and sanitation standards. Trains staff on liquor control policies and procedures. Emphasizes guest satisfaction during all departmental meetings and focuses on continuous improvement. Ensures employees understand expectations and parameters. Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels Responds effectively to guest problems and complaints. Active and savvy social media presenceRequirements:
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a lead, shift supervisor or restaurant manager in a high-volume bar/restaurant environment Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Proven track record and work history Possess a passion for craft food and cocktails Excellent ability to multitask Knowledge of food service techniques and cost controls such as manpower, productivity, food, and liquor costs Ability to adapt to and abide by culture of companyCertifications:
