Schedule:
We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods and important opportunities for maximizing earnings. Import experience a plus CDK knowledge a plus Total Rewards The California salary pay range for this position is $15,000.00 - $22,000.00 monthly. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off Individual Product and Reserve Income and bonuses based on Individual Net PVR, Product Penetration and Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
