Essential Duties & Responsibilities Daily communication with contractors during all stages of production Manage all purchase orders, cut tickets, assignments and contracts Solving production and technical issues Data entry, T&A, BOM, WIP Updating material flows in / out of inventory Inspecting received materials for compliance to orders and accounting accuracy Light shipping and express shipping logistics domestic and international Multi task in different departments Skills & Qualifications Attention to detail & accuracy and well organized Must be fluent in English & Spanish Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, & AIMS Communication skill both verbally and written Must be able to work well with others in a team environment to problem solve Garment Industry knowledge is a must
