Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Conversion Lead to join their team. As a Conversion Lead, you will be part of the Conversion Department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Sunday through Thursday (FRI/SAT OFF): 3:00pm to 11:30pm What's the Job? Lead all manufacturing personnel and machine operations during the shift Maintain thorough knowledge of all processes and equipment Report on process and equipment issues, calling for assistance when needed Review training progress reports and organize work for smooth operations Ensure compliance with policies, rules, and safety regulations while meeting production standards What's Needed?
