As a pivotal leader on the floor, you will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service. Your enthusiasm for hospitality and strong management skills will drive team performance, streamline service processes, and foster a welcoming environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the guest experience while managing the dynamic flow of a fast-paced food service environment. Duties Lead and supervise restaurant staff during shifts, ensuring smooth operation and excellent customer interactions Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain quality standards in line with company policies Manage POS system (Toast POS) for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Control inventory levels through accurate stock monitoring, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste Train new team members and provide ongoing staff development to enhance skills in food handling, customer service, and safety protocols Enforce food safety regulations and sanitation standards to ensure compliance with health codes Assist with shift management by coordinating schedules, managing labor costs, and analyzing profit and loss reports Experience Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants with a focus on team leadership and operational oversight Extensive background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management within casual dining or fine dining settings Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Demonstrated ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations for financial transactions Strong supervisory skills with experience in staff training, interviewing potential team members, and managing hospitality teams Knowledge of food safety management practices, inventory control procedures, and food industry standards Previous experience in catering, banquet service, or bar operations is a plus Join us as a Floor Manager to lead with energy, inspire your team, and deliver memorable experiences that keep guests coming back!
