Position Summary:
The House Supervisor monitors, coordinates, and supervises the daily operations and activities. Acts as a resource for all the team members and works closely with other interdisciplinary teams to maintain best practice workflows and keep issues to a minimum. Supervises nursing staff, schedule shifts and their day-to-day duties on behalf of nursing leadership. Perform administrative duties including scheduling nursing shifts. Collaborates with other departments and programs to achieve interdisciplinary improvements. Maintains a safe environment for staff and patients through awareness of surroundings and participation in the safety program. Identifies and solves patients concerns, questions, and suggestions to ensure quality care is delivered. Collaborates to problem solve and make decisions to achieve desired outcomes Establishes effective working relationships with cross-functional team(s)

Tuition Assistance Plans:
We offer the following on the first day of employment!
Tuition Reimbursement:
Repays up to $600 per calendar year for fees expended to attend a job-related seminar, licensure renewal, workshop, conference, individual course, or other training programs.
Tuition Loan:
Provides up to $2,000 per calendar year for approved formal certificate or degree programs including prerequisites for approved degree programs. A tuition loan and reimbursement may, with appropriate approvals, be combined for a maximum of $2,600.
Critical Pipeline Loan:
Tuition loans up to $5,250 for specific degree programs at approved, accredited schools identified by the organization, including BSN and MSN. Employees may have their loans Forgiven if they continue eligible employment for 12 months after completion of the term for which the loan was given Hours 6:00 a.m. - 18:30 p.m. Qualifications Valid California RN License A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Master's degree preferred Current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross PALS certification preferred Three or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse ICU experience strongly preferred Rapid Response experience strongly preferred One or more years experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity is preferred Demonstrates strong interpersonal relationships in a manner which enhances communication, promotes conflict resolution and facilitates staff development.
Qualifications:
Valid California RN License A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
