Napa Music Hall | Downtown Napa $27-$35/hour | Approximately 32 hours/week | Four shifts/week Napa Music Hall is looking for an experienced hospitality professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager / Service Lead . Reporting to the General Manager, this is a hands-on floor leadership position with a strong focus on guest experience, service standards and staff development . We're looking for someone who loves being on the floor—coaching the team, interacting with guests and helping create smooth, energetic service in a live-music environment. What You'll Do Lead the floor during regular service and live-music events Coach and develop servers, bussers and food runners Conduct pre-shifts and reinforce steps of service and floor standards Monitor table maintenance, beverage and food delivery, and overall service flow Make guest table touches and assist with service recovery Recognize when a section or team member needs support and respond quickly Reinforce opening, closing and sidework standards Work closely with the General Manager to continually improve service and team performance Lead by example and jump into service whenever the team needs help Who We're Looking For Strong restaurant and hospitality experience matters more to us than a particular management title. You may currently be a lead server, captain, supervisor, bartender or assistant manager who's ready for more responsibility. You should be comfortable leading a floor, coaching employees, communicating with guests and staying organized during busy service. Wine, cocktail and live-music experience is a plus. Most importantly, we're looking for someone with great floor awareness —the person who notices the guest who hasn't been greeted, the drinks waiting at the bar, the table that needs clearing or the server who needs help, and takes action. Schedule & Compensation $27-$35 per hour , based on hospitality and leadership experience. Approximately 32 hours per week, generally structured across four shifts .
