We aren't looking for someone to simply make schedules and hold keys. We need a hands-on operator who owns their building , develops their people, knows their numbers, and understands that the manager sets the energy for the entire restaurant. What You'll Do Take ownership of the day-to-day operation of your location Lead, coach, train, and hold your team accountable Maintain MC² hospitality, service, cleanliness, and food-quality standards Create employee schedules two weeks in advance while managing coverage, labor, and overtime Complete weekly payroll accurately and on time Manage ordering, inventory, pars, receiving, and product availability Maintain daily Control Book reporting for sales, labor, purchasing, and operational performance Complete and maintain accurate Manager Logs Monitor sales, labor %, overtime, purchasing, COGS, and other controllable expenses Ensure proper new-hire onboarding and employee documentation Maintain ServSafe, RBS, and other required employee certifications Train and coach Steps of Service and hospitality standards during every shift Handle guest concerns quickly, professionally, and with genuine hospitality Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and operationally sound restaurant Identify maintenance and operational issues before they become bigger problems Communicate proactively with the Director of Operations and ownership Participate in weekly Monday Manager Meetings and come prepared to discuss your business What We're Looking For We want a manager who is present on the floor, not hiding in the office . The ideal candidate has restaurant management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, an understanding of restaurant financials and labor management, experience with scheduling, payroll, inventory and ordering, and the ability to develop a team while maintaining accountability. Experience with Toast POS and high-volume restaurant operations is a plus. Most importantly, you need to be someone who takes ownership . If something isn't right, you address it. If you don't know something, you ask. If your team needs help, you jump in. Hospitality Starts With Management Our managers set the tone. We expect you to be visible, engaging, professional, proactive, and energetic with both guests and employees. You're responsible for making sure hospitality isn't something written in a training manual—it's something guests actually feel when they walk through the door. That means acknowledging guests, coaching your team in real time, catching mistakes early, solving problems quickly, and protecting the guest experience.
