Full Job Description Location:
San Francisco Bay Area (Overseeing 2-3 store locations) Ability to commute to SF and San Ramon consistently is a MUST . About the Role lil sweet treat is looking for a driven, experienced retail leader to oversee multiple stores across the Philadelphia Area. As General Manager, you'll be the connective tissue between store-level execution and company goals
- balancing your time and resources across 2 locations, driving consistent operational standards, and ensuring every LST store delivers the same joyful, sweet experience our customers love. Key Responsibilities Operations Management Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all assigned stores
- customer service, inventory management, store presentation, and visual merchandising
- stepping in directly, hands-on, when a store needs support Oversee hiring, training, and scheduling practices at every location, ensuring each store is fully staffed with a strong team and that coverage gaps are proactively resolved Monitor inventory levels, ordering, receiving, and loss prevention at each location Provide in-person support at the two locations, conduct audits, and maintain visibility into daily operations (a defined weekly schedule or rotation may apply) Financial Performance Set clear KPIs for sales, customer satisfaction, and employee productivity; regularly track, analyze, and report on performance, identifying trends and coaching managers to close gaps Manage budgets, cash handling procedures, and expense control across all sites Team Leadership & Development Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed Foster a positive, consistent culture and customer service standard across all teams Identify and share best practices across stores•when one location solves a problem well, make sure the others benefit from it Compliance & Safety Maintain consistent cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation standards across all stores Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations at every location Conduct or oversee regular audits, and maintain proper documentation and record-keeping Obtain ServSafe Certification prior to any new store opening in your area (previous certification a plus) Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience managing 2+ retail store locations simultaneously (required) Proven track record in retail management within a high-volume, customer-centric environment Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize across multiple locations without losing sight of detail Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with availability to support stores during peak days (Friday-Sunday) Reliable transportation and ability to commute consistently between SF and San Ramon High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred Work Environment & Physical Requirements Split time across 2 retail locations Standing for extended periods; lifting up to 30 lbs as needed Benefits Monthly performance-based incentives Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off If you're a driven leader who loves candy, thrives on making multiple teams succeed at once, and wants to help spread the sweetness across SF, we'd love to hear from you.
