An Assistant Retail Store Manager provides support to the Manager of a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. May have primary responsibility for hiring and training retail sales staff. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

COMMERCIAL AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
1+ year(s) of retail management experience Experience in training and managing a team Experience in product management (inventory and visual merch) Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Decision-making and problem-solving skills Able to work a flexible schedule Capability to lift and carry boxes or bins weighing up to 20 lbs Attention to detail Great sense of style!Salary Banding:
