We specialize in treating individuals with co-occuring Substance Use Disorders (SUDs) and other Mental Health Conditions (mild to severe). Primary responsibilities of the Program Supervisor include but are not limited to: Support day-to-day coordination of new client admissions in management of RSS staff. Carry out day-to-day aspects of milieu management and the clients' experience as it relates to Residential Support Staff, outings, and outside meetings, including admissions procedures and new client orientation; client safety and rounds log; managing clients' electronics, monitored items, and safety deposit boxes; clinical interventions performed by RSS and associated documenta on in pass-down and KIPU; support of Client Rules and Expectations; ensuring adherence to facility Policies and Procedures. Maintain day-to-day employee files and records, including staff training records, in service training, personnel record, and employee roster; conduct supervision on a monthly basis or as needed. Assist in managing all aspects of scheduling for RSS staff, including creating the schedule and finding coverage as needed. This includes primary responsibility as coverage for the Program Manager when unavailable. Help create and maintain weekly client schedule, if needed. Assist with coordinating sending and receiving records requests as needed. Supervise completion of regularly scheduled Community Meeting to address milieu concerns and plan activities for the weekend. Oversee completion and distribution of weekend itineraries for the facility. Communicate day-to-day facility operations issues to the Program Manager and appropriate departments. Communicate necessary clinical issues to the appropriate people. Manage client expenses (client account) on a weekly basis (i.e., store run expenses, additional services, and appointments). Fully understand and maintain policies regarding professional ethics, including appropriate boundaries and client confidentiality; monitor documentation according to company and HIPAA policies. Professionally, ethically and compassionately relate to clients, families, referral sources, and staff at all times. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school Diploma or GED equivalent required. Two (2) years full-time work experience in a community program serving clients with mental illness and/or substance use disorders. Experience must be in the direct provision of services to clients, and at least one (1) year must be in a position supervising direct care staff preferred. If applicable specific, required, current, and active licensure, registration, or certification must be maintained in good standing. Sound understanding of mental illness, substance use disorders, co-occurring disorders, and milieu therapy preferred. Proficient computer skills and ability to use various software programs. Valid driver's license in good standing and auto insurance. Successful completion of drug screen and comprehensive background check. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as needed; flexibility and adaptability in schedule are essential. Onsite work is required #priority
